The help desk is probably the friendliest and most helpful of any that I have ever encountered. It's neat that the system knows who you are when you call without asking you, and they know the products that you own and can make good suggestions based on that information.

Good quality, easy to order but inability to track shipment after order lessens the experience

I have had 2 Dogtra collars and just ordered #3. The first 2 were excellent and no issues. This current order - same day shipping, free with 5-8 day estimate going to be beat if UPS does their part!
