My only issue is that I placed my order 2/8/19 was called once to confirm the order on 2/11/19. I sent an email because I had not ordered my product on 2/14/19. Now I have to wait another 5-8 days before I even get my product

When I requested a simple, small, 25 cent part to repair a bird launcher (tiny jumper for settings) I was told I needed to send the unit in for repairs. I know this part will fix the problem as I substituted a part from another launcher and it worked. Dogtra's unwillingness to provide the part is completely unacceptable!!!!! It would take repair cost for the launcher from 25 cents to $30+ (with shipping two ways and any technician charges). Dogtra is putting their desire for profit above the needs of buyers for minimal maintenance cost and value. Think about it next time you consider making a purchase!!!!!! Response -- The jumper is not a part of the permanent components on the circuit board. It slides over two posts. That's why it fell off. It's the same type of jumper used to change the assigned unit number, for the remote, when adding launchers. Do you require purchasers of additional units to send them too you for "modification"? It's the exact same procedure!!!!!!!
