T&B2502 has been best training/hunting collar i've used over the last 30 years. Ordering new batteries & wear parts such as rubber plugs has been a breeze. Easy, prompt and accurate.

Great OEM Dogtra charging port covers for 1900NCP Field Star. Purchased 2. The combined weight and size was equivalent to a penny. Easily mailable via first class Mail priced from about $2.66 to $3.20 or less with a business account. Shipping charged for these 2 tiny items was $8.00. IMHO way to high and unjustifiable. Still love their products though. Just a shame.
