Excellent shopping experience. I had a problem with the payment,which was my fault, and it was fixed the next day. In fact they called me. The e collar looks nice, but the real test will be when dog comes home from training in 2 weeks. I would recommend Dogtra.com

The two women I talked to at different times on the phone were enormously friendly and helpful. Non-technological me, I was worried about replacing batteries on a remote transmitter and two receivers. If they don't go off just right when training my retriever in the field, it's a disaster. Thanks to those two women, I'm all set for another year of training.

The devices I have for my two dogs work well but don't hold a charge for very long. Never a full day. And one came without an antennae which I couldn't prove, so I had to purchase that separately. Other than that they're work well and are waterproof.

Great products and very helpful customer service. We use two training collars. The batteries have lasted about 18 months which is longer than other collars we have used.
