Installation went well. Very professional customer service. Training was clearly articulated and hands on. We love the fence. It is very effective with a minimum trauma to our pets. Thankyou, DogWatch!

we have two dogs: Lab 8 yrs and GSD 6 yrs. started to take off after deer and other critters and even cross street. this is when we decided that we needed a new system to contain them. since the installation and a few training sessions we now know that we can truly trust this product as we have seen it in action quite a few times. the dogs no longer challenge the barrier and are much happier to be outside instead of being in the garage , pen even when we are not outside with them. I have told others about this system if they were ever to get dogs and have a large lot.

Paul was very helpful and made sure the system worked well. the installation was quick. The training with the dogs was well done. I would recommend this service to anyone with dogs. Especially dogs who like to run out the gate, like mine did and they don't anymore.

Marc and his team were incredible to work with. If you are like us; you do not want the hassle nor do you have the time to study every aspect of an in-ground system, call Marc at DogWatch of Cedar Rapids. They made it easy and truly painless. We had our dogs trained in one week. The install was smooth and they even had to work through part of our wind break. Most importantly, one of our dogs is deaf, they had a vibrating collar to accommodate her and took extra time to work through training tips. Thanks Marc!
