Excellent Service
Excellent Service The team at DogFence were really helpful and friendly when it came to both the ordering and installation of the CatFence at my new home. Installation was smooth and the engineer was very swift and helpful. He also put my daughter's mind at rest in respect of the training of her cat and that the fence should keep him safe.

Sidewalker Collar Seriously Harms Your Dog
I have the Dogwatch containment system and bark collars that work great for my two dogs. What I seriously hate is the Sidewalker collar. It works about 1% of the time and randomly so my dog is shocked out of the blue and is then afraid to even step outside the house. The battery lasts maybe 12 hours. I would return it for a refund if I hadn't cut the collar to fit or still had the box.

It is especially concerning to hear that you feel it is harming your dog. That should not be happening. Before you give up on it completely, give our Customer Service team a call. We'd like to know more about the issues you are having. If there is something wrong with the unit causing it to activate incorrectly, we can send you a new one. Or you can return it even if the collar has been cut. We don’t want you to be unhappy with one of our products - - we want them to be helpful, not hurtful!
