The process was easy to order the mats and delivered the product ordered.

My son and i love it!! His 10ftx10ft room is padded with puzzle mats and he loves to play so much in them.. he fell back and hit his head on the mats and started laughing!!! Thanks for saving my sons brain cells from tile floors!! My son is 16 months old

Raisng the quote by $3,000 two weeks before I finalize the order, after months of working together for the layout. Also, having to modify the original designs, otherwise they wanted to charge me even more. Great mats, but terrible customer service with having to wait over a week at times for a response, and their not willingness to honor the quote I received. I even got the VP involved and showed him the months of emails, but he stood behind the price increase. But they are the ONLY company with the velcro design..... The reply of "old quote" doesn't apply here. The quote was in the beginning of January and the order was placed the 2nd week of February. I reduced my 6 mats of 21x21 down to 18x18 to make it only 3 mats wide (6' wide each). The original quote was asked for in July for me to place the order by December and it was around $13,000. After being in contact with Dollamur almost weekly, and they knew the artwork plans and knew my struggle to get sponsors. In December we decided to do a strong push in January and to shrink the mat size to take down the price. In January the new quote was at $9,800, then placing the order in February they sprung an "artwork fee" on me, when they KNEW about the layouts and logos for months. They said "honor old quotes" but it was 6 weeks old and they knew the order date was 6 weeks from the quote date.
