I have not received my product yet. I received email that it shipped @ 3 weeks ago, not sure where from

The shipping takes longer than the desire shipping days in the checkout.

Two of my products were damaged when I opened the box and half the product couldn’t be used

I ordered my products Over 2 weeks ago but I still haven’t received anything. I’m starting to feel like I will never receive them. This is unacceptable considering how everything is now ordered online. An email to give me a status would have been nice. won’t recommend to anyone.

I got the hair defining cream and it didn’t do anything but make it less defined . I guess it’s not for my hair texture understandable but the packaging was nice
