Gina was phenomenal in walking me through my dashboard and explaining my upcoming benefits. She was attentive, intuitive, and extremely knowledgeable about my needs. She made the process easy to understand and ensured I felt informed and confident moving forward.

With all the scams happening, I am happy that there is a company that provides a service to alert me of any sketchy activity on my property. I have had Homelock coverage through the DomiDocs website for over 3 years and am extremely pleased with the service and customer support. Recently the website was updated and a customer service agent called and went through all the enhancements and changes. The website is much more user friendly and easy to navigate. The report I receive each month gives me details on how my property has been monitored. If you are looking for protection against someone stealing your home, I highly recommend Homelock.

I have been with DomiDocs for many years and feel Very secure that they are watching out for my two properties. They contact me immediately if any thing is going on - even if it’s the county updating some information. I wouldn’t be without them!!

I have been a customer for many years. I recently made a change to our deed through our attorney. I received an alert several days later. I went in online to review and delete the alert. Several hours later I received a phone call from Brody to make sure the alert was not fraudulent and I was aware of it. Their customer service is OUTSTANDING!!
