Hello Mark, I'd like to thank you for your positive review and for taking the time to provide a feedback. I'm sorry to hear about the incident with your wooden deck. We always try to leave the area just as clean as we found it. I always tell my employees how important that is. There is also been instances where is not the chef's fault but rather the guests (I am not saying this is the case here.) I will talk again to all my cooks about this and I will make sure it doesn't happen again. Thank you so much for sharing your experience as it helps us improve our services everyday. Hello Manuel, I'd like to say that is very unfortunate that you are so dissatisfied with our food. We train our cook to never over season the food and to always be careful with the amount of salt. We've never received a complain regarding Migdalia (The chef that cooked at your event) but rest assure that I will talk to her about this incident. I hope you give us another chance in the future. Thank you do much for your feedback. Youry Tundidor Don Paella Catering

Hi Angie, Thank you so much for your positive feedback and for using our services. I see that you were not satisfied with the bartender. The bartenders that we hire are all experienced. Would you please provide me with a bit more detail as to why you were not 100% happy with his/her service? I will make sure that I correct the issue. It was a pleasure to cater your event. Again I really appreciate you taking the time an leaving a review. Youry Tundidor - Owner Don Paella Catering
