Poor shipping and customer service!
Estimated for the product to be arrive on the 3/31 and it is now 4/10, still have not received anything. Contacted customer service couple of times and no one replies or answers! Poor service!

I was supposed to receive it by Feb 11…
I was supposed to receive it by Feb 11 just in time for valentines day but its not here yet and arriving late. Was a gift for valentines day and still haven't received it, not happy bout this.
