Excellent service! My community used A&A Safe Lock & Door/ Door Resources to update and install locks at our amenity gates several years ago and I needed additional keys. Ordering additional keys was very easy, keys were ready the very next. They were big on security requiring an ID when picking up keys which was awesome as the keys were patent restricted. The young lady ( one of the employee's daughter) who took my call was courteous and knowledgeable. She was able to send me an invoice within an hour and pickup for very next day! I very pleased with the professionalism of the staff and would highly recommend the company.

Repair man (Scotty) was on-time and completed the repair quickly and with quality! It was a great experience.

Technician arrived exactly as scheduled. Diagnosed the issue with the keyless entry system and initiated the repair. Throughout the repair/reprogram explained what was taking place and why. Very thorough and knowledgeable. Verified everything was working from the keyless system to the programming of the lockset. Excellent job.
