Had the unfortunate experience of having a business broken into and needed an entry door secured immediately. Call Door Resources on a referral and talked with John. Explained my dilemma to John and he indicated his company could do the work on the same day. Hooray! Quoted me the price for an after-hours appointment and got me on the schedule for door repair this same evening. Arturo was the technician that arrived on time and proceeded to repair a badly damaged metal door. Arturo was professional and courteous, and, most importantly, got our door secure for the night. He took measurements for a door replacement as well. Very pleased with the entire experience with this company, from initial contact to repair. The staff from Door Resources showed up at the agreed upon time and completed the job quickly at a fair price. I highly recommend this company. Prior to contacting Door Resources, I met with a competing company and was told my roll up door would need to be replaced at a cost of about $4300. Even worse, the person from the competing company indicated it would take 4-6 weeks to get a new door.

I was very pleased when I called Door Resources and the young lady I spoke with actually called her team and asked if they could stop by our office on the way to another job because of the urgency my office was experiencing. That was very impressive and the crew that came was very professional and friendly considering they had to make changes to their schedule to accommodate our needs!
