Wife lost her phone while out walking, paid £10 for a wild goose chase and phone was found over 1 mile away from where app was telling me. Total waste of money

DO NOT USE - Totally waste of time and money, I was told my phone was about 25 miles away at a private house and so I drove there only to be told they didn’t have my phone. 2 days later my phone was returned to me by a neighbour and it had never left my village !

Complete conartists. Phone was found 20miles away from where they showed it was. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

great idea, but a good way to fleece people when they have lost their phone. Their tracking must work to the opposite location to where your lost phone is actually located. I found my phone but it was about 8 miles away from where this app was supposed to indicate where is was.

For want of the price of a cup of tea dotblock scrubbed my server days after paying 90% of the bill. I had been a customer of dotblock for over a decade. In December they put the price of the server up by $2.55 but did not update the direct debt, so when the December payment was due I was $2.55 short. I had paid enough of the bill the keep the server active until the middle of January, but before the year was out, dot block had terminated and SCRUBBED my server. I lost almost everything. When I complained I was told they the "system" did it automatically. I was offered no compensation for my loss. Avoid these people aka hostrocket

I used their phone tracking service and paid £15 to try and find my daughters phone. I was told that the phone was in Vauxhall in London at a domestic address and we live in Sheffield. I later found the phone which had fallen down the back of the hall drawers- so was in the house!! Requested a refund but had no response. This is a scam DO NOT USE!!!

Ordered a VPS but unfortunately was unable to do what I required it for (Nothing to do with the company) Gave refund with no questions asked, would highly recommend for professionalism
