The ability to boost my credit rating by 30 points
Response from Dovly AI· Mar 23, 2026
That is what we love to hear! A 30-point boost can make a massive difference in loan approvals and interest rates. We’re thrilled our AI engine could help you hit that milestone. Keep up the great work on your credit journey!

I've been with this company for 3 months. The only reason my credit score has changed for the better is I paid off debt. This company has done NOTHING to improve my credit score. I do not recommend. I cancelled but there is no prorated refund for the paid year.
Response from Dovly AI· Jun 29, 2026
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry your experience during those first few months didn't meet your expectations. Since your original review, we've had the opportunity to connect directly and continue working on your account. We're glad to see positive progress since then, and we've continued submitting dispute items on your behalf as recently as June. We know credit improvement is a process, and while paying down debt can certainly contribute to score changes, we're committed to helping members identify potential reporting issues and better understand their credit over time. We truly appreciate you taking the time to reconnect with us and are grateful for the opportunity to continue supporting your credit journey. If there's ever anything more we can do, our team is always here to help.

I was excited to sign up for Dovly’s AI credit repair and monitoring service to finally address items on my credit reports. Unfortunately, the onboarding process came to a complete halt at the TransUnion identity verification step. Dovly’s system indicated that my TransUnion file has a lock or flag from approximately ten years ago. After three unsuccessful verification attempts, I was told my account would be locked for a full 30 days with no option for manual review, document upload, or expedited assistance. Support’s only response was to wait the mandatory period. While I fully understand the need for strong security measures, this rigid policy leaves legitimate customers completely unable to access any services for an entire month — even when they are prepared to provide additional proof of identity immediately. The delay is unreasonable and has prevented me from moving forward with credit repair. I will not be waiting 30 days and am instead resolving the underlying TransUnion issue directly. I hope Dovly will consider adding flexible verification options (such as manual document review) for cases involving legacy flags. Prospective users should be aware that pre-existing TransUnion issues may cause significant onboarding delays. I have no doubt many users have success with Dovly once past verification, but this experience was deeply disappointing.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're sorry your onboarding didn't go as hoped — we know how frustrating it can be to feel ready to take action on your credit and hit an unexpected roadblock. The verification step you encountered is a TransUnion security measure called a Velocity Hold, which is automatically triggered when multiple identity verification attempts occur within a certain window. This is a consumer protection protocol enforced by TransUnion — not a Dovly policy — and unfortunately we're required to honor it, which means we're unable to override or bypass the hold on our end, regardless of the circumstances. We genuinely wish we had more flexibility here, and your feedback about offering alternative verification pathways is something we take seriously. We're always looking for ways to improve the experience for customers who run into legacy or pre-existing issues like this. We're glad to hear you're working directly with TransUnion to resolve the underlying flag — that's absolutely the right path forward, and once resolved, we'd love to have you back. Please don't hesitate to reach out if there's anything else we can do.

The thing that makes Dovly ai great is they explain how the process works, what you'll pay which is not much for what it does,The time it takes from the application to seeing your credit rating change was less than 40 days. They said what it does and it do what they said.I know personally that Dovly AI is better than 90% of the çredit repair, building and app platforms out there.STOP ROLLING THE DICE,!!!!!DOVLY AI REALLY WORKS.
