During the payment process, any service fee is also clearly displayed before you submit your payment so you can review the total and decide whether to proceed. You can also pay fee FREE when you use your linked bank account. We never add fees after a payment is submitted. Hi Ariel, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. doxo is an independent bill pay service and states its 3rd party status in multiple places during the payment process. Some payment methods do include a service fee and that fee is always shown clearly during the checkout process before a payment is submitted so customers can decide whether to continue or cancel. In order to make a payment through doxo, an account must be created. Payments made using a linked bank account are always fee-FREE, while other payment methods — such as credit or debit cards — may include a service fee.
