Have made 4 orders with DPGATE and have not had any problems the customer services is very good, once one of my cases broken when arrivaled, I contact the customer services, they changed for another quickly ..

I believe this is the highest rated battery case (3000 mah)for the iphone 4s. There are higher external batteries. It is light weight and has two ways of charging (usb to usb, or Apple's standard usb to 30 pin. I would have given this a 5 rating.
