When I messed up my dosing, I sent a text and someone very knowledgeable called me by phone soon thereafter. They were very understanding and helped me get back on track. Other times when I’ve had simpler questions someone has usually texted back the same day.

Easy and convenient. Response time is very quick as is the delivery. Just wish the price was more competitive with other companies. Hoping you will lower the monthly price
