The team was very helpful and friendly. They paid attention to all of my questions in my mind before the operation. Thus, they prepared me mentally well to the operation. Before the operation, they prepared a good plan and applied their plan carefully. During the operation, they also ensured my physical comfort. Their helpfulness and care continued even after the operation. I have found answers to my questions easily in every periods of the process; before, during and after. Thanks to all of the nurses and special thanks to Dr. Hakan, Mr. Koray and Ms. Rumy because of a very good, helpful and friendly communication.

It was quite an experience to undergo a hair transplant. But because of all the good care of the employees of the Dr Hakan Clinic, I experienced it as good. Before, during and after the transplant I was well supervised and I was able to ask my questions at all times. Thank you for all the good care!

Overall, I thought the process was well thought out and organized. Clearly a lot of time has been spent to ensure that the process runs as smoothly as possible and that is certainly reflected in the service for me. I understand that things can't always go well everywhere and that's why I wasn't criticizing when things went wrong. Mistakes are there to be made and learned from and the mistakes and problems that were there were also neatly picked up and processed as it should be. I had a very pleasant experience at the clinic. I received a warm welcome from the contact person, Rumy, Dr. Hakan, the barber and the other doctor, Koray, who was present. We had a good conversation about what would happen and they professionally informed if I was on any daily medication before hand. Overall, the atmosphere was cozy, professional, which, in my case, is a perfect environment for a customer waiting for a surgery. The before and aftercare went rather quickly for me and I mainly do the aftercare myself now because I had to catch my flight. However, all steps were neatly explained, I received my medication and everything went according to plan. I really liked the guidance, even if there were a few steps that didn't quite go according to plan, but certainly not so bad that I disturbed me. I was picked up and dropped off nicely for every appointment. On the way you can enjoy your time around Istanbul in a lovely spacious van. I would have liked it if all the nurses and everybody involved in the process were able to speak English, but I assume that the English language is of no priority in Türkiye’s education system so I can’t really complain about that as a foreigner. The most important doctor’s speak English and for the other doctor’s and assistants, I managed to communicate through Google Translate. To summarize, I’ve had a great experience and I would do it again without any doubt! Definitely recommended!
