Terrible! If its your first time be aware, they 'sign' you up for a subscription without making it clear. Then you are suddenly charged each month! The delivery is ridiculous. 14+ days for an airfreshener to arrive.

No return. No respond. No explanation.

I bought a pack and the received another a month later not having signed up to subscription. I emailed them and within a day they responded,refunded and cancelled any further ..so I’m happy with response

Total scam. Purchased once to try and now they are taking another payment within a month. Cancelled on website, let's see if that works. Will have to contact my bank to stop them taking money from my card. Totally fraud and awful people that are running this scam and they probably don't give a damp either. DO NOT ORDER THIS ITEM.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. They should make it very clear this ships from the US. Took nearly 3 weeks for it to arrive in the country with DHL. Was checking the tracking from when it shipped and once it arrived in the UK no delivery updates until they had made 3 attempts and it was on it's way back (there wasn't even an update on the tracking after the first one). I could not re-arrange delivery for a suitable day as a result. Additionally, they put you onto a subscription plan after your order. The signing up to this subscription model is not very clear (much like their location). I am sure it is great if you are based in the US but a subscription model for something with such a poor international courier service is just not fit for purpose.

I understand frustration with some about the auto subscription service, it does state when you make a purchase about the auto enrolment, but it could be made clearer to people. I've had no difficulty cancelling this though, the website works absolutely fine and I was able to do this, so I see no issue. Originally bought a twin pack in December, loved the fragrance and design so much, that I ordered more in January, 3 sets of twin packs that were on sale. Unfortunately there was no shipping update after 5 days, I contacted Drift who very apologetic and sent out a free twin pack to compensate - I think that's great customer service, I have received all items now. Overall I'm very happy with the service I've received. As has been noted - do expect a wait for your items (around 2-3 weeks) as they're shipped from NA and not the UK but I think they're worth the wait and look very stylish in the car.

Scammed into getting automatic subscription and took my money after a month of initial buy and then does not allow to cancel subscription from their website. Terrible experience. Don’t buy with them.
