Love the smell just wish it would last longer

I received my shipment and product was broken. Plastic bottle was shattered and empty. Post office wrote on package “VISIBLE DAMAGE”.

Drift is a great company, although they send mote than once a month, which is not necessary because the scent lasts a month. I like Drift but I only want a delivery once a month. I have Drift in several of my room and totally enjoy all their scents.

Product is very good. Would love it if it lasted just a little longer. Customer service is usually great, but this last time I don’t know what happened. My auto payment didn’t go through due to my direct deposit being delayed. I emailed when to charge my account, but that never happened thus leading to my subscription being cancelled.

Products are amazing. And they sent last for a very long time. Both my husband and I have it in our cars and we have one in our travel trailer. my first order was in December for Christmas. And I’ve ordered three more times

Amazed by how good it smells

Beware this company are subscription not just one off . I Bought the item thinking it was a one off. Next month money taken again. Tried to cancel subscription numerous times on web page but page wouldn’t send final cancellation through. No email/telephone contact number on site to discuss with Drift. Totally unimpressed with customer service and now having to escalate to ask my bank to intervene to get subscription cancelled as I can’t contact the company to cancel matters I have now identified an email address and sent an email requesting my subscription is cancelled. I’ll se what occurs next.
