I love Drift. My car always smells wonderful, and it is fun having such a variety of scents. It is a great product, and one of the few subscriptions that is not too costly, and it is super easy managing the subscription.

I'm so pleased with my recent experience with customer service at drift. I loved my first difusser so much I ordered a second on. Unfortunately it didn't work. I emailed them on Saturday and they responded Sunday. I had to send a short video to depict what was wrong. Easy. Done. And then right away they sent me another one. Received shipping notice Monday. Seamless. The scents here are so Nice... Sophisticated.

I signed up for the subscription and ordered the wood air freshener, the first one was great! Lasted long, the scent was perfect. When it was time for my second one to be sent, I was charged but I never received it. I waited a few weeks after I was charged and reached out to check in the status of my order. A new order was placed and again I waited about two weeks and still did not receive a tracking number. I again and again new order was placed, again… this time the product came in but it did not last like the first one. It dried about by the first week of receiving it. I canceled my subscription, upset about the subscription and my order.

I use both the car freshener and the home diffuser and I LOVE them both. The scent lasts long and they smell terrific. The web site could use some work with flexibility to change scents and delay deliveries, but other than that, I would highly recommend. I’ll continue to be a Drift customer for a long time.
