Grazie per il feedback. Ci dispiace molto che il modello di abbonamento non fosse abbastanza chiaro. Durante il checkout specifichiamo che si tratta di un servizio in abbonamento. I nostri profumatori per ambienti sono disponibili solo in abbonamento. Cerchiamo di renderlo il più flessibile possibile. Una volta effettuato l’ordine e attivato l’account, è molto semplice modificare le date del prossimo ordine, cambiare le fragranze oppure annullare tutto in qualsiasi momento. I am enjoying both the car and room air freshener fragrance subscription. I always get compliments on the teak fragrance.

Product smells amazing for only a few days
Product smells amazing. Only problem is that it lasts only for a few days. Less than a week actually. Does not fulfill its intended purpose. Car will not smell like product. You can only smell product if seating in front or next to it. It’s not potent enough.

Subscription would not cancel
Subscription would not cancel. I was charged another month and sent multiple emails to cancel. Still waiting on feedback. Terrible service
