Great products friendly fast service

The Drift Air Fresheners seem like a more substantial alternative to the normal car air fresheners. The subscription options keep thing fresh.

I love their products but their shipping needs some work. I have never been provided a tracking number although my account purchases always suggest there will be one provided. These products ship from Kaysville, Utah, which is a 35 minute drive from my home yet it takes 7-10 days to arrive after I receive an email notifying me that my order has shipped.

The scents are amazing! A little pricy but with bundled discount helps but still a bit expensive. The wood car freshener doesn’t last long but it’s neat. All around if you’re looking for great scents this is the place. The plug ins do last longer than expected which is nice.

My order was missing 1 of the 2 fresheners that I ordered, but after a few emails Sunny resent the missing item. Still waiting on its arrival though. Probably won’t order again from DRIFT.

Excellent service when I had small issues

Great customer service for a great product. Makes getting in car actually pleasant! The fragrances are wonderful, calming and weirdly inspirational, I always feel better after a good wiff!
