On line ordering was great
On line ordering was great, order was received quickly. unfortunately, I don't like the peach tea flavor, and wish the tub came in the fruit punch flavor.

I drink 4d before every workout
I drink 4d before every workout. I had problem with muscle cramps in my legs. Thanks to 4d I haven't had a painful episode of these annoying and painful since I started drinking it.
