My order finally arrived late yesterday with no communication at the time of ordering, no response when I contacted your “team” on my order. No communication on shipment or delivery. Just left sitting out in the cold. The concealer did not offer a color selection on order form and medium arrived which is too dark for my complexion. Please advise on returning that item. No receipt or paperwork in the packing.

It had been over a month and a half and my order still has not arrived - the tracking shows it is still in route and I have had to reach out three times/ restart the order twice - the shipping service does not deliver and I am starting to think it is a scam site. Several other sites I have ordered from have shipped to me without issue since I placed the order.

Ordered I am for Christmas had to call when it got lost in transit. When I requested that I don’t be overnighted I was turned down and had to wait till the day before Christmas to get paid when I ordered it a month ago.

I was excited to place my first order but then when I received it I had one incorrect item and the other item was frozen! I don’t like how I didn’t get notified that it was on my porch. I had to wait another week to receive the correct item. I haven’t opened the products yet so I’m hoping they are good. Happy New Year

Choosing bundles was a little confusing. Which we could enlarge the photos and see barcodes.

I live in an apartment high rise and I’m on the 6th floor. When entering the foyer there is a panel on the wall to push my apartment #621 and when my phone rings I can buzz the door and it will let the person in. From there they will go to the 6th floor # 621. Well, the package was left downstairs and luckily the maintenance found it and brought it up. It could have been stolen if he didn’t see it.

I had a great experience with this company. Good communication.
