Great communication through their portal. Reasonably priced and extremely fast repair after confirming I wanted the repairs done. It felt like my drone was repaired and shipped the same day. Would gladly use DroneNerds again.

I tried contacting 2 other places that were closer to home. Saw Drone Nerds ad and called them. They answered and explained what I needed to do. In the same day I had the information to fill out and attached to return box. Took two days each time in delivery. They responded and explained what needed doing and cost associated with repair. They completed repairs and sent form for payment. Simple. When drone came back it operated just like when it was new. Very pleased with their way of doing business. Highly recommend them.

Honest guys. Unfortunately, they were unable to repair my drone due to a lack of manufacturer support and parts. But they waived the diagnostic charge and returned it promptly. I ordered a replacement from them and had it the next day at the same price as larger retailers.

Drone Nerds is, without a doubt, the best in the business. From start to finish, their customer service was exceptional. They responded to emails quickly, answered the phone right away whenever I called, and were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Once we shipped our drone to them, I was amazed that they completed the repair, testing, and quality checks in just ONE DAY. They kept us informed every step of the way, promptly providing a detailed repair estimate that was much more reasonable than we had anticipated. The turnaround time, communication, and professionalism exceeded every expectation.
