You always cancel my orders. It's so disappointing. I placed 2 orders last Thursday but both were cancelled because of unforeseen circumstances.

Everything was good except my original order had the wrong product sent. But you made good on handling the replacement.

This company really keeps me up to date with my orders. Their pricing is comparable to my eye doctor except that I have the luxury of having it delivered to my door. Since I’m no longer allowed to drive this solves my problem

This the worst online company I have ever dealt with. I bought an eye mask which I can’t wear unless I sleep on my back or sitting up. I don’t want to do that. They won’t refund my money except by store credit. They have no products I want or need. So I’m stuck with an expensive eye mask I can’t use. They don’t stand behind their products in this day and age!

Amazing produce. It is well made and packaged beautifully. Took to my eye Dr so she could inspect for possible recommendation to her patients. She was quite impressed.

I felt relief with the eye drops. However, I have to feel long lasting relief! I have one more bottle. If this totally relieves my dry eyes, I will give it 5 stars!
