The pills give relief, but not complete relief. I suppliment with dry eye and Lumify eye drops.

I purchased 2 bottles of De3 Omega Benefits supplements for $108. Upon receipt, both bottles had an inside seal that was not sealed. Despite the fact that the bottle says "Do not take if tamper-evident seal is broken or missing" I was told by customer service via email "The PRN DE3 bottle recently changed and has been known to have the seal not fully intact when you first receive it. The glue is not as strong and it seems to be common that it will lift while in shipping / when you open the bottle, it can lift at the same time, and the product is absolutely still safe to use." I got the same response when I called the manufacturer, Physician Recommended Nutriceuticals, who said they have known of the problem for years. Dry Eye Rescue did offer a one time return (don't know if that covered both unsealed bottles) but I must pay shipping. I did not yet go to the customer service rep's supervisor for a full refund yet. The survey came to my email so I am going this route first. I consider this response unacceptable. Tamper resistant seals are there for a reason and plenty of other companies have figured out how to make them seal correctly. It appears that both of these companies are aware of the problem and have chosen to disregard it. I don't know if this is due to carelessness or incompetence or both, but I do not have any confidence in them or their products. I would like a full refund for the supplements and they should pay return shipping if they want the bottles back.
