Timely arrival

Product is great. Website and auto-refill system is lousy. For the 2nd or 3rd time in the last year, I placed an order (with subscription). First shipment was fine. A few days later, I get charged and notified about a 2nd shipment. By chat I reported this and since shipment had not been sent to carrier yet, the agent was able to pull the package back. But I never was refunded for the unfulfilled shipment. On a chat now to resolve. System seems to generate a duplicate order every time I try to get on an auto-refill subscription.

Excellent products for dry eye problems. The price is right, and delivery is quick.

Absolutely great product! The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because it's very difficult to dispense the drops from the bottle because of the very tiny hole.I had to use a large safety pin to open it up.If they can make the hole larger it would definitely help.

My order is easy to make, it arrives quickly and in good shape.

These capsules are too large. I’ve had two serious choking experiences and am no longer using them. When I looked at the return policy, I was very disappointed! Only unopened bottles-not fair.
