Never shipped a product, waited for a month and half. They're just saying they will ship it, emails are AI generated.

After 3 weeks, my order still hasn’t arrived. My order receipt says shipping is 3-7 days. Multiple attempts to contact customer service through multiple platforms have gone unanswered.

The box came broken and the quality is not very good for the price I paid, I had to pay 10€ extra for taxes

From USA to UK express delivery in December took more than 3 weeks but it was worth it. There are well made and so adorable. If u want them for present better order them a lot earlier

Took a couple months to come through but everything is clear and I knew what the expectations were before buying. My son collects ducks and this is a fun addition. I like that you can login and chat if need be.

They are super cute! They recently upgraded the quality of the item. Shipping in the US is reasonable and didn't take too long for me. Cant wait to order more duckeys when they have new releases!

Way to expensive...... And the shipping is double up. If you live in Europe you have to pay import tax on top so a stupid duckey ended costing 50$......
