Love the carpet but it was never mentioned to me that I had to have a certain vacuum for it. I have a Dyson...that didn't work on this carpet and I love my Dyson so now I have to buy another vacuum to use just in my bedroom. THAT certainly did NOT make me happy. Other than that, the carpet is great.

The flooring itself is very nice and dealing with the people of Dulmes has been very smooth. Some of the install could have been completed better (the installers messed up our trim when installing the floor). Other than that, everything went well.

Derek and Nicole, We are sorry you experienced a small hiccup in the install, but pleased to know you are satisfied. If you have any other concerns, please dont hesitate to call. Thank you for your business. We truly appreciate it!
