This is a joke of a service. They were supposed to deliver the dumpster on Friday and they did not, never could tell why, then the weather hit and they said Monday they were closed, then they said when they came on Tuesday they could not deliver it because of cars in the way, if this is the case it would be the first time any cars have been parked in the area, because they have not been in the past month. I think it was a weak excuse, what about the fact that it was not delivered on Friday, so now we have to pay a failed delivery fee because they could not drop it, what about the inconvenience of not having it as promised on Monday. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. I would give it zero stars if I could.

The Dumpster.com team texted and called me ahead of getting the dumpster i thought i wanted. Through the conversations, they found me a better solution and less money. Delivery and pick up was flawless. Would highly recommend them.

I booked with Dumpsters.com after recommendation from an Instagram account I follow. The booking process was super easy and all my questions were answered. I rented a 15yd dumpster, but ended up receiving a 20yd at no extra cost! The rep was also kind enough to give me an extra 2 days on the rental period, since I was a bit unsure how long I would need the dumpster. Drop-off and pick-up were seamless and I did not have to be on site for either. My only issue was that we had a hard time actually closing the door, however I called prior to my pick-up and was assured the person picking up would double check the latch. Would definitely rent with Dumpsters.com if I need another in the future.
