Der Store in der Scs ist super! Ich gehe sehr gerne in jeder Mittagspause zum Dunkin Dounut! Die Mitarbeiter sind wirklich toll, sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend! Sie können sehr stolz darauf sein so ein Team zu haben!!! Besonders gefällt mir die positive Einstellung der Mitarbeiter, diese versüßen mir den Tag nicht nur mit einem Dounut sondern mit ihrer netten Art! Alles in allem kann man wirklich nur sagen SUPER Service und ich kann den Store nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with warm smiles and top-notch service that exceeded all my expectations.
The star of the show was undoubtedly Rashard Braboy (336.999.2501), the incredibly knowledgeable and friendly General Manager (Employee # 685392).
Despite my initial unfamiliarity with the Dunkin' app, Rashard took the time to walk me through it step-by-step, sharing invaluable tips and tricks that have already made my life so much easier.
What truly sets this location apart is the genuine care and attention to detail that Rashard and his crew bring to every interaction. They don't just take your order - they go above and beyond to ensure you have a fantastic experience from start to finish.
Even though I had to travel an extra 10 miles out of my way, it was absolutely worth the journey. The delicious food (Sourdough Sandwich, my favorite) and beverages (Large Black Coffee) were just the cherry on top of an already exceptional visit.
If you're in the Winston-Salem area, do yourself a favor and stop by this Dunkin' Donuts. With Rashard at the helm, you're guaranteed to leave with a smile on your face and a newfound appreciation for truly outstanding customer service.
