Great Value!!

This company is truly awful. Terrible customer service and low quality products. They deserve a rating of zero.

Product came quickly, however was smaller than anticipated in size.

There is no customer service no matter how many times you reach out through email or leave voicemails, no one answers or replies. No tracking information sent, and took about a month for items to ship. I wouldn't have been so upset if I was able to talk to a human.

Have not received my order yet. It was ordered 5/12/2025

DuraMark's communication throughout the whole process was unparalleled and I really appreciate everyone on their client relations staff for keeping me in the loop and working to get my order across the line. The quality of the product is excellent, too. I will definitely be using DuraMark again if/when I need more high-quality labels!
