Fast and easy appointment, treatment plan & Rx ordering
Easy to sign up. Got a same day visit. Appt was straight forward and timely. Doctor had treatment plan and Rx in place within an hour. Easy ordering. Now just waiting to see if it is fast shipping.

Super helpful
The dr. Was very professional and listened to my pets issues and quickly came up with a plan to help my dog

The whole experience was convenient and…
The whole experience was convenient and easy from making the appointment to ordering medications. Dr. Krecic was so nice and was extremely helpful! I would recommend Dutch to anyone!

Dr Michael’s is always so helpful and compassionate. Roxie’s needs are always managed by Dr Michael’s. We are thrilled to have him as a vet.

Great alternative
Dutch is a great choice to get help quickly. Our dog has anxiety going to the vet, with Dutch he can stay home and there is no anxiety for him. The vet we chose is wonderful. She seems to truly care about helping. She gives great options.

This has been an incredible program for…
This has been an incredible program for me so far being busy with three dogs we just rescued one of them and he has kennel cough and we’re just having a hard time kicking it so it’s so nice to be able to get ready in the morning and talk to the vet and have a prescription called in so it can be ready or mailed to me. It’s been so convenient and the price is incredible. I’m so happy that I found them

Vet is good, but do not use for prescriptions!
Our dog is very sick and the medication was supposed to arrive expedited overnight. However, it has been FOUR DAYS and customer service continues to tell us that they’re actively on it, but we still do not have the medication. The vet was helpful, but I would not recommend using them for prescriptions!

We’re very sorry for the delay and the frustration this caused while your dog hasn’t been feeling well. To clarify, the pharmacy needed additional information, and this was corrected on Friday the 19th. I’ve escalated your case, and you should receive tracking today. We’ve refunded the rush shipping due to the delay, though please note that rush shipping is expedited at 1–3 business days and not guaranteed overnight. Per your request, we’ve also refunded your membership, even though the service was used and the medication is on its way. We truly appreciate your feedback and will use it to help improve the experience for other pet parents.
