She was very informative and helpful. Gave me some things I could do for my pet to reduce his fever while I wait for his medicine as well as preventative care to help make sure it does not happen again. Was caring and compassionate and knew her stuff.

Dr. Rowland was polite, professional and had genuine empathy for my cat, Luigi. The call was prompt, fast and a treatment plan was explained during the call.

My experience was great! My dog, Feyre, was feeling not so great for the past few days. I have tried taking her to local vet’s offices THREE times, where they all refused to conduct the appointment because of how scared she was. The in office vets tried taking her away from me, which sent Feyre into a panic! My friend referred me to Dutch, which is where I met this amazing vet! She listened to what I had to say before even looking at Feyre. Most vets don’t like to listen to what you have to say or what you think is wrong. The vet was able to diagnose and treat Feyre without us having to leave our home a 4th time! Honestly, I wish I would have known this was an option a long time ago! I will be sure to refer all my pet parents!

Vet was on time. Got appt next day. Vet was knowledgeable and told us to use OTC eyedrops until prescription was delivered. All was delivered in 3 & 4 days. I used expedited shipping so appeared to be worth it in this case cause vet said she had a fairly bad injury. Thank you dr Gonzalez. Eye is already looking better with the OTC drops.

No joke, this makes visits easy and affordable, especially when you have multiple animals that hate car rides! And it has been so much easier finding a vet at the last minute, which is when you need it most of the time and paying emergency vet bills for something like an upper respiratory infection gets ridiculous so I am extremely glad I found a Dutch! Like extremely glad and thankful!

Dr. Moore was pleasant to talk to, she was on time to our call and gave clear simple explanations about the different medication options for Louie 🐶

Very polite and helpful for my pets issue

So both drs I’ve used have been extremely helpful and kind. The guy I’ve used twice now gives you a lot of information where as my local vet was always vague to try n up sell blood work or other unnecessary tests. Local “Vets” $300+ for visits Dutch 35+ n meds. And I feel better after Dutch then I did after my local. Ever since Covid local vets have seem to increase their prices and hired less experienced drs n more salesman. Miss days with old grey haired vet with one reception. He knew everything wrong with animal just by looking, would explained everything in detail and bill was like $75 for visit and meds and doggie treat!this was less than 6 years ago Lol. Now we have to do virtual at Dutch
