My order was placed in June of 2023 my order arrived in July the merchandise was to small and I returned it the support staff was giving me the run around I sent a copy of the postal receipt and tracking number the support staff wrote me and said my refund ticket had been processed and I would have my refund in one to three days it's been almost a month and I have not received any thing I have contacted my attorney and I will get to the bottom of this and will do my best to have them band for false advertisement

If I could leave 0 stars I would WARNING!!!! Scam company!!!! I have paid £30 to return items and I am constantly told if they do not arrive they will not refund. However I have sent tracked signed for so I can see they are REFUSING DELIVERY!!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAMMING COMPANY

It's a scam , they send what they want. Nothing even close to what you purchased and will not get refund. What you get is garbage...DO NOT BUY FROM THEN

Terrible company, clothes arrived 4 weeks later despite being cancelled the day after I ordered. Told I can return if I pay postage but warned me if they don't arrive I won't get a refund. In other words I'm not getting a refund! Quality is terrible, customer service is terrible. DO NOT USE BUY ANYTHING!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE ! I placed an order for two t shirts and two pull overs ! When the package arrived i found the complete opposite of what was in the picture when I placed the order! Complete garbage the one pull over fell apart in the washer and the other will be burnt in my fire pit ! Paid a good chunk of change for complete garbage ! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY PEOPLE and you can not get in touch with any reps from this place

I purchased a men's shirt on 7-12-23 and canceled the same day before the item was processed via email. I was told the order was cancelled and my money would be refunded. 17 days later still no refund. I contacted my bank to dispute the charge. I have received multiple emails stating the refund was processed. Fraudulent

Commande reçue en 3 semaines. Le vert pâle taille grand. On voulait du L c'est taillé en xl. La matière: acrylique pour tous les tee shirts. Les dessins sont imprimés devant et parfois derrière ....ce qui donne un effet particulier! Je regrette l'achat mais on ne peut pas renvoyer les articles. Le sav ne réponds pas.
