I.ve been charged for two years…
I've been charged for two years relatively at two domains I nerver used. As the advice e-mails always dropped into spam. I've been unable to contest the facts. As soon I've seen the charge for this year, I'unchecked automatically renews ans send a mail for claiming refund (as natural expiration is on month 6th. the answer was to late for this. In my opinon, Dynu is one of worst internet operatore in terms of customer satisfaction and honesty. If I could rate this operator in scale of 1 to 10, surely I ill attribute -10...

Thank you for reaching out, and we're sorry to hear about the frustration this has caused. We'd like to take a moment to clarify the situation and address your concerns. 1. Regarding the auto-renewal Auto-renewal was active on your account for both domains, and our system processed the renewals as scheduled — 30 days prior to expiration, in line with our renewal policy. Our records show that auto-renewal was only disabled after this year's renewal had already been completed. Renewal reminder emails were sent in advance to the address on file; we're sorry to hear they were filtered into your spam folder, but unfortunately we have no visibility or control over how individual email providers handle our notifications. 2. Regarding the refund Domain name renewals are processed at the registry level, and we pay the registry directly for the renewal at the time it occurs. Because the registration is locked in for the full term once processed, these charges are non-reversible — even from our side. This is standard across the domain industry and not unique to Dynu. If the charge had been for a Dynu-managed service (such as membership, email), we would have been able to cancel and refund it. Domain registry renewals, however, are outside of that scope. 3. Regarding your ticket We understand this situation is upsetting, but we'd like to respectfully note that we are unable to issue refunds based on the threat of a negative review. Our policies apply consistently to all customers, and we make decisions based on the facts of each case rather than external pressure. We'd ask that any future concerns be raised directly so we can address them on their merits. 4. Moving forward If you'd prefer not to renew these domains again next year, please ensure auto-renewal is disabled (which it now is), and allow the domains to expire naturally. We're also happy to help you transfer them to another registrar if that's your preference. We genuinely value your business and the time you've spent with us, and we're sorry that this experience has not met your expectations. If there's anything else we can clarify or assist with, please let us know.
