I joined eabuilder more than 10 years ago. The account worked very well. I wrote hundreds of strategies and indicators. Then a couple months ago, my password didn't work. I clicked on "forgot your password", and it didn't send an email to me to change my password. I then emailed their support and they never go back to me. So I lost my membership, just like that with no communication from them.

I joined a couple of years ago, paid for full membership, which has been working fine all this time. A few days ago I tried to create a new EA based on an idea I had, clicked to see the generated source code and it asked to me to subscribe to lifetime Pro membership, which I already had, or so I thought. I emailed them and nothing so my membership has obviously been cancelled. I did wonder if it'd be a genuine lifetime membership when I joined so obviously just a scammer hiding, not replying. Red flag: avoid because they'll do the same to you, only way I guess they get recurring membership fees, by forcing us to pay again! Avoid!!
