I’ve used this app since it first began. I think I have tried them all, and I think this is the best app by far for resistance bands workouts. It is easy to use, customizable with workouts and bands.

What a great app! Continually updating and improving I would be lost without this and I recommend this to anybody that uses the X3.

There’s always room for more, but compared to the X3 Band proprietary app, this V3ME is far superior and worth the subscription. I’ve been an avid X3 Band user for over 5 years, and have developed my own innovations which I wouldn’t be able to log/track without V3ME. Responsive developer who himself is a fan of X3 Band, in other words he’s not simply monetizing a need from the outside, but contributing to a community he belongs to.

Excellent app for X3 tracking. Fully functional and lots of variable options for bands, time, adding exercises, tracking all details including notes section. Outstanding work on a very functional tool!

App is great, has all the band tension measurements and I’m able to build my workout how I want. I think we’ve spoke about this before but a timer for in between sets with a tone that goes off would be great and the previous band button should go back to the band you last used for that exercise. If you go up in a band on your second set because the first was too easy and you have more sets to do it will keep resetting to the first band instead of the last one used. Just my thoughts.

I've been using V3ME since the early beta days, and it's been a game-changer for my resistance band workouts. From day one, I've been impressed with how dependable and stable the app is—no crashes, no glitches, just smooth tracking every session. The developer is outstanding: responsive to feedback and constantly making the app even better. It's clear he genuinely cares about the community. What I like most is the flexibility and ease of setup. Creating custom workouts and movements is straightforward, so I can tailor everything exactly to my goals and equipment. Logging workouts is quick and intuitive, and the trend tracking (progress over time, strength gains, etc.) is really helpful. If you're into resistance band training, V3ME is a great tracker. Highly recommend it—5 stars all the way!
