I had a tree fall on my Metallic Red X3 M Sport 12 months ago, and I have waited this long before writing a review to see how the repair work has performed to date. As every panel was damaged, and a new roof rail had to be fitted, it was away for some 10 days. The customer Service and booking process was simplicity itself. Oscar Berry and Samantha at the Easy Bilney Branch were absolutely fantastic throughout the repair process and provided excellent communication. The car is still gleaming as if it has just left the showroom, and not a single scratch to be seen. As I wash my X3 regularly, I am impressed that the paintwork has such a great finish. It came back looking immaculate and was superb both inside and out. I highly recommend this 5 Star Plus vehicle repairer and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of vehicle bodywork.

After having to send my car to East Bilney as repair went through insurance, I found the communication appalling. No definitive date as to when repair would be finished. Spoke with multiple staff all said a different thing. It's as though they will lie to you so they can get you off the phone. However the repair itself was spot on, good quality workmanship and on a plus they cleaned the car inside and out. Would I recommend to a friend all I would say is if you don't mind your car being gone for almost 3 weeks for a simple repair and don't mind working with the unknown completion dates and poor communication then yes but if you want to work with a company that gives you actuals then no

I had a moderate accident on Good Friday, after contacting my insurance, I received a text saying East Bilney coach works would contact me to sort out details. By Saturday morning, my car was booked in and they collected it Tuesday and delivered it back today. Work done was unnoticeable, they valeted my car, it looked new again. They were very friendly and helpful, fantastic customer service and excellent communication. Fully recommend this company. Thank you all.

My customer service experience with East Bilney Coachworks was extremely smooth and straightforward. I was kept fully updated throughout the repair process including arranging collection of my car, delivery of a courtesy car and exchange upon completion of the work. Extremely pleased with the work completed and my car was cleaned prior to its return to me. Special mention to Sam who was so attentive and helpful and Oscar who took the time to explain the work required to resolve my crash damage.
