I purchased a non working miner, in a short time they had the unit repaired, then I went on to host with them, it was a very smooth and easy operation, I highly recommend their company!

Thank you! Taking a dead machine, bringing it back to life, and then getting it hashing on our racks — that's the full circle of what we do. Glad it went smooth for you, and appreciate you sticking with us for hosting.

Eastcoastasic made my first hosting experience extremely easy with on point communication and speed. They get things done quick. I bought about 6 asics in a batch and they deployed them pretty much the next day. Ill continue to host with them for years to come.

Thank you! First-time hosting can feel like a leap, so we try to make the start as painless as possible. Glad the six went up fast and that the communication landed. Looking forward to the years ahead.

I’ve hosted 10 S19k Pros and an S21 200TH with East Coast ASIC since 2023 and have dealt directly with Vince throughout. I’ve seen some of the negative reviews here, so I can only speak to my own experience, but it’s been consistently good. Vince is responsive and straightforward. When I’ve had questions, I’ve gotten clear answers quickly, and I’ve never felt kept in the dark. Across 11 machines, I’ve had very little downtime over three years, which is what you’re paying a host for. He’s also been fair with me on billing and in our dealings generally. Mining hasn’t been profitable for my situation. That’s down to the economics of mining and hardware aging since 2023, not the hosting. Anyone getting into this should run the numbers carefully on returns. But if you want a host who picks up the phone, keeps your machines running and treats you fairly, I’d recommend Vince.

Thank you for this — and for being straight about the economics. You're right, hosting can keep machines online and treat people fairly, but it can't change what the hardware or the market does. I'd rather customers hear that from someone like you than find out the hard way. Three years, eleven machines, and you still pick up when I call. That's the kind of relationship we're trying to build here. Appreciate you.

Thanks Gustavo! We always tell people to come see the facility before they decide, so it means a lot that you did and liked what you saw. Appreciate the business and the kind words.

I would strongly caution anyone considering EastCoastASIC for mining hosting. My experience has been extremely disappointing, and I honestly regret choosing them. The biggest issue is reliability. Miners are constantly going offline, sometimes for extended periods, making it nearly impossible to maintain consistent mining revenue. When you're paying a company to host and operate your equipment, keeping that equipment online should be the bare minimum. What makes the situation even more frustrating is the lack of communication. There have been instances where days, or even weeks, have passed without any meaningful updates about outages or when equipment might be back online. As a customer, you're often left wondering what's happening with hardware that you paid good money for. Meanwhile, you're the one absorbing the financial losses. Every day your miner sits offline is another day of lost revenue, yet there seems to be little interest in offering discounts, refunds, service credits, or any other form of compensation for prolonged downtime. My advice: Think very carefully before trusting EastCoastASIC with your mining equipment.

I take downtime complaints seriously, and I couldn't match this to a hosting account on our end. Every miner we host is tracked with uptime logs and invoiced monthly, so if something went wrong, I want to see it. Please reach out to us at [email protected] or give us a call and we'll pull your uptime history and go through it with you. If we had real downtime on your machines, we'll own it and make it right.

Vince and the East Coast team are the standard the industry should hold themselves to. I own a commercial site and when I’m in need or have to refer people for things I can do for them, this is my first call. Vince is always a text away to handle any issues and I’ve always felt comfortable in the many transactions we’ve done over the years.

Thank you — that's high praise coming from someone running their own site. The referrals mean a lot too. Always here when you need something, and looking forward to the next one.
