His knowledge is extensive, and he persevered in reaching out to deeper levels of tech support to achieve the goals we were looking for. I've been using eBillity's Timetracker for a couple of weeks. I'm so glad I found such and easy-to-use way to track my billable time for my freelance business. Tracking that time and billing for it all in one tool frees up more of my time to do effective work. This product is such an asset!
