Super helpful customer service
Super helpful customer service, they had the exact book I needed for my MBA class. Instead of having to pay $$$ on Amazon, I reached out to them and they send me the PDF. I hope they start accepting Paypal as I would happily pay for the book. Great customer service and business!

I was trying to buy a book but their website accepted a payment method I do not use. I contacted them and they responded very fast, and told me they'll be sending the file for free!! I got the file, can't be more thankful!! Def will be using their service in the future.

Awesome bookstore
I had trouble navigating the website, so I contacted customer support for help. They promptly responded and my customer service rep, Megan, helped me find the book I was looking. This is an amazing online book store! The prices here are very reasonable. Will definitely buy all my future books from here.
