Well I first spoke with richard number 1034. He was very polite. I must say I was not as polite as I should have been due to my stress level. But he brought it down was very Informative. Did everything he could for me, And I was grateful for that, The next day I called back and I spoke with lucas number 1067, He was so very polite. He was very, very helpful. He kept me calm. He did everything to help me get what I needed in order to get the flight that I needed to come home. He understood me. He sympathized with me and he was patiently. Got exactly what I needed, I will recommend this website again as long as I make it home and I make a flight,

On Nov. 10, 2023 I had purchased flight tickets for my grandson's trip. A problem occurred with the price of the tickets. Employee Marcus was the person that caught my call. He proceeded to calm my concerns, he was courteous and very knowledgeable, he went above and beyond to assist me to resolve my situation and finally correct it and I got my tickets. The ease of making the reservation and the follow up of the customer service when there were problems. They would have gotten a 5 star except what they advertised on pricing was not accurate. The final price was about 1/3 higher than what was initially quoted.
