The Custer Service rep was very helpful.

booking was delayed a day and I got charged an extra $138. not fair, because I made the booking at a lower rate, and not my fault it was delayed.

Took too long to confirm my ticket! 6 hrs!

The agent was very thorough, explaining every step of the process. Only downside to the call was that there was lots of background noise (other operators).

Friendly and knowledgeable customer service

The last CS who confirmed that cancellation and refund due to death was decent. But the entire CS experience has been horrible as multiple doctors’s note on passenger’s deteriorating health has been ignored and stonewalled. The entire booking expletive has been absolutely unsatisfactory
