Absolutely terrible Indian company ( or wherever its from ). Changed my flight and increased the price. They don’t take any responsibility

Stay away from this company. They put a low price on Google Flights. When they call To confirm the ticket the price has gone up hundreds of dollars. When you tell them to cancel they tell you there are taxes that you have to pay. You’ve been warned!

It took over thirty minutes to book this flight and then my ticket could not be upgraded. I’m still not sure what the additional charge for so called customer care was really for.

Although the airline raised my price $30, that was beyond the control of eBookTrip. The rep from eBookTrip was very personable and helpful with regard to making certain I understood the issue and also assisted with making a few adjustments with the hyphenated last name to ensure everything matched as closely as possible with the passport.

Awful. Should have read the reviews. They raised the price as soon as I booked with them. I had to call multiple times for them to send me the confirmation flight. Then when trying to cancel, they claim there is a cancellation fee with the airline (there isn't cause I just spoke with them). Scammy company. Stay away! edit: they tried flagging my review as "fraud". How unfortunate for them that I still have receipts to disprove their fraud claims. Further confirmation to stay away from this nasty business.

Stay away from them. Its a scam. I should have read the reviews before making any reservation. They show you lower price from the airlines and once you make the reservation they find some excuse to increase the fair. I ended up paying $100 extra even after they are saying airline increased the fair. The good reviews you see I thing are paid reviewes.

Wait times very long. Employee was helpful and friendly
