Unfortunately the airline change the price and the ticketing was not able to go thru. So this gentleman tried one more time and couldn't get it booked, so he cancelled the booking and the cancellation fees. I hope no other fees appear on my credit card.

Good prices/Poor Customer Service Liked: Low prices Disliked: -delay in receiving tickets - Customer service was unclear in giving me information about my booking when I finally got through - Waited on hold for a long time, over 20 minutes and nobody actually came to the phone, nor was there a message saying how long the wait was. - Couldn't figure out how to reserve seats on international flight once I purchased - Not very responsive customer service via email

I booked a business-class flight earlier today for my aunt using my credit card. Then, got an email saying that my booking is on hold since I used my credit card to book it but the passenger is my aunt. I called back and the price had gone up by ~$250.
