I got charged in my credit card and I don't know them or even conduct a business with them. I reach my credit card issuer about it and they confirm to me it is a scam.

bought pro version, installed and facebook live streaming was not working stream to facebook groups. Reached out to their customer support on FEB 7th, explained problem, explained that already went via all these official support articles about this issue, nothing help, gave evidences and screen shots about that, and still I get answer to try that official article, and no answer what so ever from that time, today already 28th FEB, so 20 days past... I am paying money and can't use main feature for what I bought the product. Super strange.

Great software when it works but there are so many crashes it is embarrassing. What is worse is the unsympathetic customer service and zero recognition by the marketing department who refuse to discuss my complaints over pricing.

They charged me twice the amount and are not willing to give me a full refund. The support just keeps saying "resolve this with your bank", we didn't receive any money. They gave me a refund of the amount they charged me on top but want me to uninstall the software from my computer. So basically I gave them 40 USD and got nothing in return. Keep an eye on your bank account statements after making a purchase with them.
